12 May 2014, Bangalore: The 9th edition of the HR Strategies in Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals forum, themed – ‘Inspiring the future leaders’ was officially inaugurated today at Habtoor Grand Beach Resort & Spa Hotel in Dubai by the forum chairman; Don Shoultz, Head of Learning and Development from BP, Exploration & Production Segment. With over 70 HR professionals from the oil, gas and petrochemical sector in attendance, the summit encouraged a world of ideas, solutions and open-dialogues on the evolving role of the HR function and the need to develop future leaders.
