  • University education (Bachelor's degree, Master's degree) or Postgraduate (Doctorate); Marketing, Commerce or Communication majors preferred
  • 1+ years of professional experience, including online marketing
  • English – Upper intermediate (B2)

About the role

Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of trainings or conferences for selected industry in order to adequately target and attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Initiating and evaluating marketing campaigns for assigned events working in close cooperation with other members of the marketing team and media partners in order to drive revenue growth by creatively using various marketing channels and establishing cooperation with potential partners.

Setting marketing targets (10% of working time)

Setting marketing targets:

Analyzing available data to estimate and set marketing target revenue per project, which serves as a reference for campaign performance and encourages team efforts and achievements.

Creation of communication strategy (40% of working time)
Cooperation with marketing team (15% of working time)
Cooperation with external partners (15% of working time)
Monitoring performance (20% of working time)
