Felix is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional. He is a recognized author and trainer in the areas of implementing best practices in reliability and maintenance, developing effective productivity measurement and initiating long term operational improvement processes within both the public and private sectors. He has got international experience with unparalleled 33+ years working with diverse industries and organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean territory on process excellence programs, design and implementation.

He established the first reliability services company in 1994 servicing in Reliability Engineering Services across all Latin America. He has served in a number of leadership roles including Technician, Service Manager, Sales Manager, Operations Manager among others.

He has developed and launched new initiatives including manufacturing process improvement programs with a heavy focus in maintenance and operations. He is also responsible for teaming with organizations that look for best practices as Reliability Excellence (Rx) and recognize the need of education in their culture transformation efforts. He has got strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to partner with line management to develop and implement strategic and operational plans to achieve required business outcomes.
