Elizabeth is Assistant General Counsel for Kiewit Energy Group Inc. Since joining Kiewit in 2003, Ms. Gage has overseen many different types of construction contracts dealing with projects of various sizes, scopes and complexity across several major industry sectors in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Ms. Gage currently advises four Kiewit business units focused on offshore fabrication and industrial construction projects in the oil and gas (upstream and midstream) petrochemical, power generation and mining markets. Ms. Gage’s responsibilities include the negotiation and administration of EPC (Engineer/Procure/Construct), major construction and engineering services contracts as well as the development of two party and multi-party joint venture and consortium arrangements to pursue large scale capital projects.
Ms. Gage holds a BA from Wichita State University and a JD from Washburn University School of Law, and in 2014 relocated from Kansas City to Kiewit’s offices in The Woodlands, Texas.
