Richa has been a Retail Banker for over 21 years. She started her banking career with Standard Chartered Bank, Dubai in Retail Credit and now Head’s of Customer Care & Experience in Mashreq. She has managed various roles in Mashreq including Manager, Retail Credit, Business & Marketing Manager for Asset Products, Liabilities and SME products. Presently heading a Service role that includes Customer Complaint Resolution and Process Design & Reengineering for entire Retail arm of Mashreq.Service Excellence is a very powerful retention tool and a key differentiator when it comes to Banking and hence she enjoys this role to the fullest.
