Greg Casson has over 13 years’ experience within the Corporate Wellbeing sector. Initially working within the UK EAP market, Greg was part of an organisation that implemented some of the first online health risk assessments within the UK, at clients such as GlaxoSmithKline and KPMG to ‘bolt-on’ to their EAP provision.

Having become a specialist within online HRAs at global provider, vielife, Greg joined Right Management Workplace Wellness, a division of the Manpower Group. There Greg managed their largest client, the UK Government Department for Work and Pensions where he delivered a £7.5m 3 year wellness programme to 115,000 employees. Greg was able to retain that contract for a further two renewals and demonstrate a project saving of £26m to the client through increased productivity and reduced absence.

Most recently, Greg has worked more closely with employee mental health and digital delivery of solutions to support employee wellbeing. Greg joined Optum in October 2017 and manages many of our largest global clients, ensuring that they maximise the service provided by Optum and that best practice and innovation is being presented at all times. Greg is particularly focused on how digital engagement tools and EAP solutions can motivate employees and positively impact personal and organisational wellbeing.

Outside of work Greg is an active follower of most sports and tries to keep fit. His main focus though is his family and spending quality time with them.
