NAIROBI, April 15, 2016 – WITH aggregate annual growth exceeding 6% and the continent’s collective GDP forecast at $2.6 trillion by 2020, Africa offers exciting prospects. What are the primary challenges companies face in attracting and retaining leadership talent? How important is the diaspora of executives who have left their home country for work or education?

Keeping in mind how important it is to identify and scale cost-effective models for developing new talent and leadership strategies and being responsive to the latest trends, Fleming. has decided to organize its 2nd Annual HR Winners Africa Conference.

Experts from Maersk Line, IBM, DHL Africa, Airtel Africa, L'Oreal, British American Tobacco, National Bank of Kenya and others will gather on 21 – 22 September 2016 in Nairobi, Kenya to take a closer look at current talent management, engagement and leadership development challenges.

During the two interactive days, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss macro trends impacting the workforce; talent management and talent development; employee engagement and employee motivation; and leadership development.
