Nermeen’s opinion, the term “Human Resources” is to maximize the return on investment from the organization's human capital and minimize financial risk. It is the responsibility of human resource manager to conduct these activities in an effective, legal, fair, and consistent manner.

Nermeen acquired Bachelor degree of Commerce from Cairo University – English Section. Her post graduate studies from the American University in Cairo (AUC) had contributed a lot to her academic background as she acquired HR, and Management Diplomas as well as being Professional Certified Trainer. Nermeen polished her professional and academic career with MBA from Victoria University – Switzerland and DBA from the American University of Professional Studies (AUPS). She’s also certified from the American Board of Quality, Science and Technology as being Professional Expert in both Business Administration & Human Resources
