Graduated in Economics and with a Masters in Business Administration, Paolo started his career dealing with sales and account management for a catering company during his studies. Subsequently, he entered the financial services sector, taking on positions within the Corporate Credit and Marketing functions of Banca Intesa. Then, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the commercial functions of CartaSì / Nexi (credit card issuer), and of Banca Woolwich / Barclays (mortgage lender). The transition to the Operations area takes place in Barclays, where he takes care of the redesign of all the back office functions during the transition of Barclays to a wholesale bank in Italy. The next step concerns the IT & Ops responsibility for the Italian branch of AIG, followed by an International Auditor role for the head office in New York. From 2015 he moved to Generali Global Corporate & Commercial to reorganize the Operational area, and in 2018 he took over the Customer Service activities.
