In association with the Federation of the GCC chambers, Jawa Talent has developed the first of its kind strategic initiative “Khaljana” which is dedicated to supporting localization in the GCC Countries. Khaljana has the largest database of gulf nationals which will not only make candidates available for companies operating in the GCC but it will also facilitate interactive video interviewing, gamification assessment tools, and much more. Through Khaljana we are dedicated to assist Gulf nationals in reaching their maximum potential through providing them with the right opportunities. Today, the Khaljana project is supported by GCC Ministries of Labor along with the chambers of commerce and we have great aspirations for the project to completely revolutionize the way companies hire candidates.
