Private Event

Success of Private event depends on close collaboration. The more inputs Client will provide to Fleming the more successful event will be for Client.

If Client is attending public event Client can not influence the agenda including the event content, speakers, companies, regional focus, number and allocation of Client's speaking slots.

Sales and marketing campaigns will be designed according to Client's preferences.

Private event includes:

Market research:

Fleming will analyze latest trends, problematic areas, challenges for a particular industry vertical and particular practice area. Event topic will be designed according to clients inputs.

Production cycle:

Production team will use the inputs from the Market research and will follow up on speaker acquisition. It would include closer collaboration with the Client on identifying speakers at Private event. Client can also suggest their clients or prospects to speak in the main program. This will give Client an opportunity to fully cover the cycle on industry challenges and have a follow up presentation on the solutions for such challenges, thus raise main selling points.

Delegate acquisition:

Fleming will target only the job titles which be agreed with Client. Fleming will build tailored database for Client bases on Client's prospect list.

Prospect list:

Client can identify countries, companies, job titles, even names of individuals and their email addresses who Client would like to meet with during the event. Client should include these details to an excel sheet so that Fleming consulting team could target such individuals to ensure Client will meet relevant representatives. Fleming will allocate a team of 5 consultants who will on a daily basis phone-screen, interview and meet with top representatives and will focus on their personal invitation to Private event while highlighting program, speakers, participants and Client's expertise.

Profiling of confirmed delegates:

Client will provide Fleming with the questions which Client would like to ask potential customers (5-6 questions). Fleming consulting team will ask these questions during personal delegate acquisition campagins and will share the market feedback back to Client.

Main benefit of Private event is that the Client will be the only provider or consultant (unless will invite business partners) who will not be lost in crowd and will have the full control of the content and final audience.


Client will get to know all participants personally during Private event, qualify their challenges, understand their projects and effectively generate new business leads.

Format of the event:

  • 1 Day event will be organized in 5 star hotel

  • 40 - 50 delegates

  • Target audience : CxOs, VPs, Heads, Directors, Deputy-Directors, Senior Directors and Managers

  • Location : upon the agreement with Client

  • Dates : 6 to 8 months after agreement with Client

  • 1 Day program includes : two 30 min slots reserved for Client, six 30 min slots for end user industry professional, two 30 min panel discussions

  • Chairman : client will have the opportunity to chair the whole Private event

  • 2 coffee, luncheon and cocktail reception

Proposal:

 

Fleming will be responsible for securing 35 end-user delegates shortlisted based on the survey response, in addition Client will receive 7 delegate staff tickets and 5 tickets for Client's already existing clients.

Branding:

 

Fleming will be responsible for securing 35 end-user delegates shortlisted based on the survey response, in addition Client will receive 7 delegate staff tickets and 5 tickets for Client's already existing clients.
