I am currently working as Global Marketing Manager Digital at DSM. Driving Commercial Digital Transformation projects across all global businesses within DSM positioning Digital as a Growth enabler. Focusing on 3 elements; Customer Experience / Convenience, Operational Excellence and New Business models. In the previous years, I have had the privilege to work for a number of big brands in the Internet industry namely; DSM, Heineken, KLM, BOL.com, Brand, Amstel, Crystal Clear, Sisi, Vitaminwater, AIESEC and many others. The experience I obtained in the past years consisted of evolving traditional business practices into digital models (new business models) and orchestrating organizational change. It is a mix of Digital strategy development & execution, Digital consulting, Project Management, E-commerce, online branding, online marketing, concepting, SEO /SEA and Customer Analytics. It also included managing the Digital Media team at Heineken Netherlands.
