Alan brings more than 18 years’ data analytics experience across the entire spectrum of the analytics lifecycle, from Advanced Analytics and Visualisation to Infrastructure and Data Management. With a focus on the application of analytics to customer and customer experience, he has had leading position in the development and execution of key new analytics technologies, such as real time analytics, marketing optimization and customer experience & behavioural analytics. Alan has worked extensively with industry leader, across the EMEA region to bring best practise in analytics technology, process and organisation.
