Amani joined Amrop’s Saudi office in 2017 as a Senior Consultant in Leadership Service. Her scope of responsibilities include execution of Leadership Services projects as per the Amrop process. Amani’s career began in 2010 with Bupa Arabia as an Organizational Development Analyst. Her focus primarily being in the engagement of the workforce but diversified into Psychometric Assessments as she supported the Talent Acquisition Team. Her career took on a generalist turn as she moved into Johnson Controls as Lead HR Business Partner, allowing her the opportunity to interact directly with the business to facilitate growth, development, training & remuneration needs. With a niche in Engagement & Operational HR, Amani took on the role of Head of HR for Maersk Line covering Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain & Yemen. She has lead an internal merger which resulted in an organizational restructure, as well as completed HR Transformation alongside IBM and the Payroll Migration with NGA. Amani holds an Advanced Psychology Diploma from University College Kensington & a MSc in Business Psychology from London Metropolitan University.
