He is an Internationally Certified and Accredited Trainer, Facilitator, Coach and Assessor with a wealth of experience in, Quality Management, Performance Management, Training Advisory and Continuous improvements as well as Customer Experience & Enablement. Bernie is CEO for BOD Mogul Consults and doubles as Africa CEO for the International Association for People and Performance Development (IAPPD). Bernie on-site project-managed the Customer Care Induction Training Program at the introduction of Airtel in Ghana in 2007 (then called Zain Network, Ghana). Bernie was a top class Training Consultant with MTN-SA, and Merchants; A Dimensions Data Company, where he worked as a Training Advisor.
