Bharat of National Payments Corporation of India since April-2011. Bharat is responsible to Monitor, evaluate and implement improvements of Risk management controls and governance areas, which are Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Information Security, Internal Audit and Fraud Management. He is also responsible to establish the ownership for risk management activities across the organization and partnering with functions and member banks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations, safeguarding of tangible and intangible assets, accuracy and integrity of transactions and processes. Under his leadership, NPCI has achieved PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 9001. He was instrumental to receive Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award Certification of Merit in February 2016. Bharat is having around 22 + years’ vast experience mainly in the banking and telecommunication industry.
