Currently is the HR Director for Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company where she has implemented a new HR strategy structured around 3 main pillars Alignment-Capability-Engagement to support the Group vision to become a world class bottling operation. Dalila has more than 15 years of experience in HR and Communication. She has held different roles in the HR function, in multinationals organization, including Alcan (Aluminium and Packaging), where she spent 10 years. There, she started her career in Global Talent Management, in Europe then took the position of HR Director Asia based in China, where she has transformed the entire HR function to effectively support the aggressive profitable growth agenda of the business in the Asia region. She then took the responsibility of the corporate communication to accompany the spin of the packaging business unit, where she developed a new company brand identity and culture. She relocated to Dubai 5 years ago to work for G4S, as HR Director North and West Africa, before integrating Chalhoub Group in 2012 as HR Business Partner UAE and leader of the Emiratization program. Dalila is passionate by elevating the role of HR as key driver of company performance through people engagement leveraging HR and Communication tools. She holds a Master and Post Master Degree in HR&Communication from University Paris IV Sorbonne and a Master in NLP Coaching from Mindbrige. She is teaching HR Marketing and HR Management at the University of La Sorbonne Abu Dhabi.
