Dennis O’Donnell is the CEO of Oakwood International Ltd. His background is in business and the finance sector where he held several Senior Management and Executive posts. He is a founding director of Oakwood who now specialises in the delivery and facilitation of client Management Development and Leadership Programmes, Executive Coaching for Managers, and designing Competency Frameworks. He also delivers both the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and ILM (Institute of Leadership and management) Level 5 Managers programmes. Dennis approaches all aspects of his work from a business perspective. He has helped many clients understand how to look upon Human Resources as a potential profit centre by reviewing their current practices, policies and procedures. He adopts a “hands on” view with clients, assisting them to move away from established and long-held organisational ideas to a more insight-driven approach to the challenges facing their organisation and their Staff.
