Diána is working for MOL Group since 2010, and currently she is responsible for the Employer Branding Strategy, the Talent Acquisition Programs and the Social Media Framework of MOL Group, a leading Oil & Gas company in Central and Eastern Europe. She held several positions in the company as Performance & Career Management Expert and Talent Management Expert. Her actual role regarding Talent Acquisition is the definition of framework and  principles on group-level, and the coordination of strategy implementation across the company (including social media presence).
