Enas has worked in different GCC countries including: UAE, Bahrain and Qatar with more than 14 years of work experience in academia, education and training in different sectors as: oil and gas marine construction, social development, and healthcare. She is specialized in Management and Leadership programs, training needs assessments (TNA), Capacity Development of middle managers and Nationals, Women’s self-development & Soft Skills training. She has managed e-learning programs in the corporation, onboarding program for new employees, and training HR policies as performance management for managers.
