Eszter FAZEKAS is Senior Organizational Advisor @ K&H Bank. As part of the Team of Customer & Process eXcellence at Change Division, she is responsible for navigating Value Stream Initiations, Simplicity Programs, LEAN projects and Service Design Programs. Eszter started her career at Corporate Banking Sales of ABN AMRO Bank (later merged with K&H) after graduating in 1997. She worked as Senior Relationship Manager & Senior Advisor in Corporate Division for over 10 years. Corporate Sales, Sales Support and Strategy was a great basis for a carrier of Operational eXcellence and Customer Experience management. Eszter uses the toolbox and methodology of LEAN and Service Design Thinking in her daily work. She as a member of the Service Design Competence Center supports KBC international initiations.
