Francesco Molteni joined the OECD as Young Economist in the Investment Division of the Directorate of Financial and Enterprise Affairs (DAF/INV) working in the team of the OECD Codes of Liberalisation and servicing the OECD Advisory Task Force on the Codes, including research, policy recommendations and Country reviews. He previously worked at the European Central Bank (DG Macroprudential Policy and Financial Stability) as PhD trainee and for the World Bank (Macroeconomics & Fiscal management) and European Parliament (European Added Value) as external consultant. He holds a PhD from Paris School of Economics and visited Princeton University and the European University Institute. The main interests of its research are macro-finance, macro-prudential policy and international finance.
