Frieder is a seasoned HR leader with a proven ability to leverage HR strategy with business results. After graduating in organisational psychology and business administration, Frieder became an experienced HR Consultant advising clients of different industries in implementing talent management solutions. In 2006 he joined the Proximus Group, the leading single provider of integrated telecom services in Belgium. After supporting the integration of several affiliates, he evolved towards a senior HR business partner role. Afterwards he took up several roles of leading recruitment & mobility, learning & development and an organisational transformation program until his current position of Director Talent & Development Center.
