He is serving on this designation from last 4 years and leading the Customer Operation verticals very successfully. Prior to joining du telecom, Mr. Ismail Mohammed headed different Operational verticals at Etisalat UAE worked and have also worked in different companies on Managerial positions. He holds a Master’s Degree from Institute of Business Management and Research and a Leadership Degree from Institute of Leadership & Management.
