Jan Marsli has more than 16 years of experience working in a global management consulting environment, split between London, Chicago and for the last 6 years Dubai, working across the MEA region with focus on the GCC markets. Through his career he’s partnered with some of the worlds most admired brands, such as Panasonic Corporation, Vodafone, Telefonica, HSBC, Barclays PLC and Turkcell. Within the MEA region, he has supported clients such as Dubai Government, Mobily, Mubadala, FGB, ADCB, DAMAC, EGA, Zain Group, Tabreed, NBK, Bank Al Bilad, King Faisal Hospitals, Al Suwaidi Group, Saudi Electricity Company and more. His areas of expertise include Employee Engagement, Cognitive HR, Analytics, Talent & Leadership Management, Workforce Nationalization (Emiratization), HR Effectiveness and Employer Branding/EVP. He operates at all levels, from conducting employee focus groups through to C-suite workshops or coaching. He’s in the past been a media spokesperson, and regularly appeared in media. He’s the author of multiple white-papers. Jan holds a Combined Honors Bachelor in History, Philosophy and Logic from University of Stavanger, Single Honors Bachelor in Psychology from University College Northampton and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan University (LGU). He’s an affiliate member of the British Psychology Society. Prior to Jan joining the world of consulting, he was co-founder of an IT start-up company, as an application development and database expert. He’s been a Microsoft Certified System Developer. To this day, Jan is keenly interested in programming, and is coding in R and Python to supplement the Analytics expertise he brings to clients.
