Jon is a consultant, researcher, writer and trainer focusing on helping organisations gain competitive advantage through the creation of organisational capabilities supported by effective leadership, HR and management practices, organisation development interventions, and the use of new technologies etc. He worked initially in Engineering, IT and change management but has spent most of his career in HR (including as an HR / OD Director). He is the author of a book on Strategic Human Capital Management and regularly posts to a blog of the same name.
