Martin is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist currently working as a Recruitment and Sourcing specialist at CERN, a major international organization pushing the boundaries of our understanding of particle physics. Throughout his career, he‘s been involved in several Talent Acquisition projects across different industries (not for profit, public and private sector) and has been assessing talents in different contexts (In-house recruitment, recruitment agencies, and employment services) for years. His current areas of interest are focused on candidate experience and innovative assessment solutions.
