Mattias has a solid experience within the CRM and Analytics areas. Amongst other things he has been the Head of Analytics for the mobile operator 3 in Sweden, CRM & Loyalty Manager for the lingerie company Twilfit. Currently Mattias has the Head of CRM Analytics position at Scandinavian Airlines. He’s also co-owner of the Swedish/Brazilian superfruit company Macacos. Scandinavian Airlines are undergoing a digital transformation. Within this transformation they’re implementing a really sophisticated customer & personalization project which Mattias will present at the conference.
