Mohammed Mustafa is a Field Service Managers Team Leader in Vodafone Qatar, has been with Vodafone Qatar for the last five years in the Service Management Field for High value Enterprise Customers. The Service Managers in Vodafone Qatar are responsible for the service relationship with key named Vodafone customers both locally and in the region. Managing a team of Field Service Managers has been Mohammed’s passion and target since he joined Vodafone Qatar as a FSM back in 2011. It strengthens his people management skills as well as managing different unique Vodafone customers’ products and services from a Telecommunication perspective and needs.
