Nick Hague is the founder and director of B2B International, which was set-up as a specialist b2b research agency in 1998. Nick has vast global experience across every industry sector having led more than 1,000 projects in his 20 year career. Over that time, Nick has built up a wide array of clients in the chemical sector and his specialism is in customer experience research having helped many of his clients to develop and implement successful customer experience programmes.
