Pavel started his carrier with Lafarge in 1995. Since 1998 involved simultaneously in Purchasing and in what then used to be called Resource Recovery (RR) which evolved into Industrial Ecology (IE), which has become the main point of occupation. So far, has served the Group in the Czech Republic, Nigeria, Jordan, Philippines and Malaysia on various positions. Currently he has been developing and managing the Industrial Ecology business of Lafarge in Asia Pacific (except South Korea and China). Currently, he is Vice President – Industrial Ecology South-West and East Asia. Managing and developing alternative fuel and alternative raw material business for cement plants within the region, actively pursuing business in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines, directly managing IE teams in the covered countries. This activity is being relatively new to the region, with a scope of around 1,000,000 MT of waste utilized disposed in a year. Serving customers from diverse industries and ensuring co-processing of a large variety of waste (biomass, non-hazardous and hazardous solid, sludgy or liquid waste) through cement plants. He is also serving as Director at Lafarge Industrial Ecology International, France, Chairman of the Board at Morelastic Green Resources, Singapore
