I worked in several sales and marketing leader positions in Union Carbide, Dow Chemicals and Lonza. Mostly in specialty chemicals, and also in more commodity chemical products. As part of leading sales teams, I have over the years implemented, and sometimes also taking part of designing sales process and sales excellence improvement program several times, with various success. In my position at Lonza as Head of Global Sales, Industrial Solutions, a big part of my job is around sales excellence and sales process improvement. My work is part of a corporate improvement program called “Go to Market Excellence”, which will bring Lonza to more customer and market orientation and higher customer satisfaction.
