She has a keen interest in use of technology and innovative platforms as a source of transformation for delivery of healthcare products and services to improve access, outcomes and efficiency.
With a background in life sciences and financial evaluations, Rhenu has supported initiatives for the development of public private partnerships, regulatory initiatives, investment valuation and initiatives to expand healthcare reach. In her twenty years of research and consulting experience, Rhenu has worked with multinational companies as well as regional companies and the public sector in strategy development, industry convergence opportunities and business model innovation in areas such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics and primary care and hospital settings.
Rhenu is also a qualified moderator and workshop leader and has conducted growth workshops to guide companies on prioritization of business strategies and investment plans in areas such as new product development, market expansion, competitive strategy and war games, as well as sales and marketing strategies to innovate in today’s disruptive business environment.
Regularly sought after by the media to provide opinions on market developments, Rhenu moderates panels and presents at private client seminars and industry conferences, as well contributes to print, social and online media (e.g. BBC, Bloomberg, CNN and CNBC).
She works with Frost & Sullivan’s Transformational Health analysts teams on key issues such as how technology, costs and new business models are impacting healthcare services, as well as the impact of healthcare IT, data analytics, mobile health and sensors on the future of healthcare delivery.
