Currently holding an executive position of General Manager HR Special Project at Saudi Airlines, at Corporate HR Saudi Airlines Holding since October. He has worked across different roles within the organization handling multiples task and achieving excellence. His achievement ranges from Creating model for Excellence in Human Resources Management & Development that contains eight drivers for HR practices & solutions which lead to achieve business excellence. Developing Human resources strategy including: conducting the SWOT survey & analysis that led to draft the HR Division mission, vision, goals and objectives & establish strategy based HR KPIs. Conducting Manpower planning and workload analysis/studies using scientific approaches such as forecasting techniques / time and motion study and design a mathematical model to forecast future staffing levels. He has obtained Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering – Honor and Master degree in Industrial Engineering from King Abdul Aziz University in Saudi Arabia.
