Tom is a highly experienced consultant, coach, facilitator and trainer, with international experience in the US, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He is passionate about learning and development and has been an independent consultant for over 20 years With a background that includes operational management and interim HR Director positions as well as being an experienced non-executive director; Tom is a retained HR consultant for a world leading manufacturing organisation is a Subject Matter Expert in HR for the CMI. His project experience includes Strategic Analysis and planning, Reviewing Operational and structural efficiency, Organisational Development projects, Leadership and Management Development projects and he is an international trainer in HR related topics. He has successfully delivered business and development projects at strategic and functional levels, since 1995, including the introduction of HR functions, OD projects Pay Grading and performance management systems. An ILM approved trainer for Leadership and Management programmes, he is also a qualified coach and coach supervisor. Within the UK Tom has worked within the public and private sectors on projects over a range of size and complexity; from national staff engagement events and major roll out programmes, to in-house team meetings and personalised executive training. Tom brings a multi discipline skills set in business and people, combined with management experience and a pragmatic style that adds value and gains delegate buy-in. Tom holds masters level degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and in Human Resources (MA HRM). He is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting.
