Mr. Yaser Al Saeed has over nineteen (19) years of professional practice across a range of industries in Saudi Arabia, he was exposed to all elements of employment cycle – attraction, recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits, training, career development, succession planning, policy formulation and development, performance management and other provisions of HR support to Operation Managers. Further, he is also skilled at both strategic and tactical HR, with proven record of accomplishment on leadership, conflict resolution and problem solving which add highlights to his qualification in resolving complex issues, and motivates employees’ morale/boost self-esteem to top performance. He has led significant initiatives in the HR field, including: process design, review and validation; implementation of performance management framework; implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies; delivering Saudization strategies and developing and implementing high quality line manager advice and support functions. A Certified HR Manager and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor Degree in Finance, both from The University of Texas at Tyler.
