Agnes Hoefer has over 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. Currently she works in R&D Program Management, transitioning into Project Operations of Corporate Development. Over the last couple of years, Agnes was leading large international cross-functional product development programs in all program development phases, from development to preclinical, clinical, submission, filing and launch, till life cycle and global expansion for biologics as well as medical products. She was working in an overarching function for the Hematology Program Management, summarizing financials, tracking and reporting the progress of programs, as well as contributing to Investor Relations for the program development activities in this area. Most recently she worked for Strategic Programs, eg contributing and manage program management knowledge and people transfer, moving the R&D headquarter to Boston. In her latest endeavors, she worked on Product Governance in Legacy Baxalta and Integration within Baxalta, being acquired by Shire. She has been with Baxter, Baxalta and now Shire nearly all her professional life, working out of the Vienna office. Agnes holds a MSc from the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna, an MBA from Webster University Vienna and is PMP certified since 2004.
