Albandry holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Arts in Riyadh and a General Education Diploma from the College of Education in Riyadh. Currently she is the Consultant at the Saudi National Commission for Education, Culture and Science. She is also the supervisor in the public administration of educational information, and director of Radio and Television Department, supervisor in Quality management department. She is also the Manager of UNESCO’s participation program for the member states for the year 2014 She monitored Saudi Arabia art works translated from Arabic to be included in the UNESCO library index. She was the Executive Secretary of the Saudi Commission for the Kingdom’s pavilion in Venice International Art Biennale in 2011, Supervisor of the programs in the Women’s Committee at the Agency of Cultural Affairs at the Ministry of Culture and Information in 2009 and 2010. She developed the strategic plan for Department of information and media at the ministry of education 2011 and she also prepared a radio program for the ministry of education for the years 2011-2012
