Charles is an internationally recognised property authority with over 30 years experience in analysing, marketing, acquiring, managing, and repositioning real estate to optimise value. He served as the Managing Director for two European Investment Funds targeting Eastern Europe and Russia and personally lead Asset / Property teams responsible for Market Analysis, Due Diligence Review, Financial and Commercial Analysis resulting in the development of an active property pipeline of over $2 Billion, and in the acquisition of properties in Retail, Office sectors in excess of $150 million. He also served as Lead negotiator in negotiations with over 40 institutional and private wealth investors representing the Acquisition / Asset Management team resulting in investment commitments exceeding over $200 million. Prior to creating and serving as Managing Director of Pathfinder Training & Coaching Services, Charles received extensive experience in recruiting, training, and managing successful Sales Teams in North America, Europe, Russia, The Middle East and South East Asia. He has trained hundreds of people in mastering the Art & Science of becoming successful sales / negotiations consultants through using public speaking, human psychology and acting techniques to help influence audiences. Business executives, leadership teams, and professionals of all levels work with him to develop their inherent dynamic presentation skills and public speaking capabilities.
