Chris Caster is currently a Director of Project Management working as a Global Project Manager for several oncology programs in various stages of development at Halozyme Therapeutics.  His responsibilities include development and execution of clinical development and commercialization strategies for early and late stage development programs.  Chris has over 16 years of experience in project management and product development in various therapeutic areas and has managed teams from early development through regulatory approval.  In addition, he has implemented many organizational effectiveness processes and structural frameworks to project management groups to ensure operational efficiency and transparent alignment. Chris received his B.S. degree in Microbiology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  He has a PMP certification from Project Management Institute and serves his community through volunteer work as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff and Technical Rescue Specialist in Search and Rescue for the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
