He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in 2002 with a degree in Standardization and Quality Management. He worked in Transneft in 2002-2006. He was responsible for normalization and technical regulation as well as for the development of the technical regulation system in the company. He participated in the preparation of the first technical regulation edition “On the safety of pipelines transport” as well as the law project “On major pipeline transport.” From 2006 to 2014, he managed the Standardization and Certification Center at Gazprom VNIIGAZ LLC. He participated in the standardization system development of Gazprom, OJSC. He managed the forming and development projects of the corporate standardization system. Since 2010, Denis has headed the SC2 subcommittee “Pipeline Transport Systems” of the technical committee ISO/TC67 “Materials, equipment and offshore structures for the petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries.” Since 2014, he has been working at the Turkey Stream (previously South) project. He is ensuring the compliance of the pipeline to the project specification and country regulations.
