Naill Mohammad Momani pursued his PhD in Crises Management George Washington University (GWU), USA in 2002. He is among few graduates in Crises Management field in the Arab world. He is Professional Member with American Society for Safety Engineers (ASSE) and he is Co-Director of MENA Chapter of TIMES (The International Emergency Management Society). Recently he established the 1st master’s degree in Saudi Arabia with focus in crises and disasters management at King AbdulAziz University in 2013 before moving to Abu Dhabi to join Rabdan Academy as program chair for business continuity management (BCM) and integrated emergency management (IEM) bachelor programs. He has held leadership positions at the college, department and university level through my academic career at King Abdul Aziz University (KAU) and The Hashemite University (HU) including Department Chair, Research Unit Director, and Crises Management Committee Chair, member of HU academic council. Key member with scientific committees to prepare for international conferences in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and UAE; led consultative workshops as an expert for UN organizations and World Bank disaster risk management activities, and delivered more than 100 talks as guest and key note speaker within MENA region; active member in environmental society of Jordan, guest editor and editorial board member and reviewer for international peer reviewed journals.
