Responsible for design, management, implementation and final handing over of the Infrastructure for all the Mega – multibillions USD projects for ALDAR Properties PJSC in Abu Dhabi and Azerbaijan. i.e. Yas Island Development, Al Raha beach Development, Al Raha Gardens, Al Falah Development, Central Market, Motorworld Development etc. Working close with the Harvard International Zoffnass Green team. Certified LEED professional by Green Building Certification Institute – USGBC and by UAE Government -Estidama. Certified by UK Cambridge University – Judge School – for leadership and by the American Society for Quality as CQIA. Mr. Kenich has 13 international awards in renewable energy systems and specifically in Solar, wind, biomass, hydrogen, fuel cells and hybrid systems. Serving as Guest Lecturer for “Sustainable New Cities” & “Sustainable Infrastructure” at Harvard University, Graduate School of Design (GSD) at Boston – Massachusetts – USA. Has gained International recognition and has been named as “GREEN CITY GURU”. He serves as a key speaker for most International Energy & Sustainability Summits and Conferences around the Globe.
