Ingrid Kelly joined the Technology Transfer Office at the University of Vienna in 2012. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the technology transfer process relating to the University’s life sciences portfolio, from the very early stages of technology assessment and protection, to negotiating and managing technology licence agreements. In 2016 she became a Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP). Ingrid graduated with a PhD in molecular biology from the University of Cambridge, and subsequently qualified as a European Patent Attorney while working for Novartis in Switzerland, where she acted for different business units in senior roles. She has since worked as a freelance patent consultant.
