Jeremy Zoberman is the Senior Manager of Stress Testing at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOO PP). His independent risk management function includes oversight of market, credit and liquidity risk. As well he maintains oversight for the Model validationModel risk process. The market risk stress testing program is unique in that it aligns with the liability driven investment strategy, which has been critical HOO PP’s continuous ability to maintain a positive funded ratio. Jeremy also played an extensive role in risk management and governance a TD Bank where he served as both a Director and Associate Vice President. Some of his key roles were, the gatekeeper for global stress testing, the development and implementation of the market risk limit framework, as well as managing the development and oversight of many of the Basel regulatory requirements such as Migration and Default risk and the Incremental Risk Charge. He has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.
