As the Head of Group Customer Experience at Emirates NBD, Kuldeep Chouhan is responsible for delivering on strategic goals of improving customer experience and the service culture across the bank. In the current role, Kuldeep has successfully led the function over the last two years, focusing on areas like customer journeys, enhancing complaints management, and building a strong service performance framework. In his prior role within the organization, Kuldeep has successfully led various Lean Transformation projects in his last 11 years stint with the bank, primarily focusing on areas like Customer Experience and Operations. Prior to joining Emirates NBD, Kuldeep was associated with a leading bank in India, IDBI Bank, where he was working for more than six years.
