Lisa holds her master degree in biology from the University of Milan (1995) and completed her PhD in Applied Genetics in 1998. She started as a researcher at the Experimental Oncology Department of the Cancer Institute, Milan. Between 1998 and 2009, Lisa gained extensive experience in consulting for quality management systems. She worked for both national and international big and medium-sized companies, developing a wide experience on quality management systems in manufacturing, distribution and services, mainly in chemical, pharmaceutical and distribution areas. From 2009, Lisa joined Dompe Farmaceutici as a Compliance manager, and later in 2012 Biogen Idec as a Quality & Governance sn Manager. In these positions, she was responsible for Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and for assuring compliance in all issues concerning ethics and the compliance to D. Lgs. 231/01, to the Code of Conduct, to the Deontological Code of Farmindustria and to pharmaceutical laws (219/06), providing information to the corporate governance committees (231 Vigilance Committee, Risk Management Committee) and to the CEO. From 2013, Lisa joined Roche, where she currently holds a position of Medical Compliance Leader and is responsible for GCP compliance in sponsored interventional and observational clinical studies and for providing support in supported studies evaluation. Provides guidance for GVP compliance, working together with Local Safety Responsible. The position is the reference for Global functions for Quality Management System implementation for Medical Compliance and is the Local Quality Responsible per GCP and GVP.
