Background Marco Bertola is employed in UniCredit within the Hr Initiatives & Change Management unit. He works with senior managers and senior teams in the areas of organizational change, team cohesion, resonant leadership, individual and team coaching. He design and delivers change management interventions across the organization as well within specific business units, coordinating a group of over 100 internal coaches and change agents. He holds a responsibility in the field of Innovation with the scope of creating, testing and running new initiatives in the field of Change Management. Consultancy Experience Prior to this role Marco has worked as an international consultant for Teleos Leadership Institute in Philadelphia (USA) planning and delivering globally major organizational intervention using the model of leadership-based emotional intelligence. He has worked with clients such as BP, BCJ, GSK and Virginia Tech. Before Teleos he has worked in Italy and Germany within the banking industry, both in business units and HR. He was part of the project team that developed and lead a major organizational change program aimed at establishing a new leadership model based on emotional intelligence. He has also worked as a coach with senior executives within the organization. Qualifications Marco holds a degree in law and obtained a Masters of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. In 2009 he was certified by the International Coaching Federation as Professional Certified Coach and he holds a certificate in Appreciative Inquiry, as well is certified for the use of instruments such as MBTI, Strength Finder and FIRO-B.
