Mark is Digital Strategy Director, International, at Guidewire Software, based out of the UK office. Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance, financial services and related industries, in North America and Europe, as well as experience in Southeast Asia. He has previously served in senior roles for Target Group and SSP in the UK, and has a background in underwriting and broking, having started his career as a commercial underwriter at Royal Insurance (now RSA), specialising in complex commercial risks. Mark is an insurance person by trade, and was drawn to a career in the software industry by a fascination with the opportunity to dramatically impact business process, and enhance the customer experience, through the application of technology.
