The last 6 years within the Maersk Group, a global Danish conglomerate consisting of the world largest shipping company (Maersk Line), Maersk Oil, Maersk Drilling, Maersk Shipping Services and one of the largest port operators globally APM Terminals. 2 years ago Martin in the role as Senior Legal Counsel and Business Lead implemented a new contract management tool in the Maersk Group globally across +16 business units, +120 countries and +16 ERP systems, building up/managed a new contract compliance excellence team in Mumbai, India which today manages the administration of all Maersk Group contracts, before moving to a new position as Senior Legal Advisor & Contract Management within the Maersk Group Oil and Gas business unit in Maersk Oil Houston. Martin is known to be an international experienced and commercially focused Senior Legal Advisor with a unique ability to balance commercial and legal requirements to ensure that optimal solutions are reached.
